Some more new pics.
This is the car used before the Chaparral 2k in Phoenix and Atlanta in 1979. The car was also used in the fall Trenton 150. This Lola made a great superspeedway car (which was clearly proven in 1978) But it wasn't that great on the short tracks.
I used tamiya yellow
I used a combination of own home made decals, Indycals, Fred Cady.
Penske PC6 donor parts.
Home made decals. (ink jet) The tricky thing about this car is it had all sorts of different style of Pennzoil logos.
I've always got a kick out of this car as it wasn't well known about.
But it was the first all yellow Pennzoil Indycar.....the first Pennzoil Indycar since 1951.
