I use this stuff to break old glue bonds. Best stuff I've come across. Its called GlueZapper
The last time I ordered it, it came from Louisiana...
Anyone know if it still available..?
It smells like fuel oil, but it works great....
Thanks,
Cheers, Ian

If it smells like fuel oil, and comes from Louisiana, you might want to visit our Florida Gulf Coast beaches, especially along the Panhandle. It rolls onto the shore in balls! Was the product designed specifically to break down glue bonds? --Frank

It works on superglue, but its designed for old tube glue.

FWIW, someone asked this same question on the FineScale Modeler forum in 2004, no replies. There is a super glue De-Bonder available, but I have never used it and I don't know if it would work on tube glue.
