Sometimes...We are too quick to complain when things go badly and way to slow to praise dealers, kit makers and such when things go well. I have to give a shout out to Michael Portaro at Indycals! I sent him a cashier's check last week and got the decals I needed today! Very fast and they look great! Michael has always been a joy to do business with. I can highly recommend him to anyone here.

i can't agree more! i had an order from him show up where one of the decals had a slight misprint and he sent me a new one that arrived just a few days later! it's how someone handles a problem is the true test of their worth.
same goes for lance sellers. my mclaren arrived minus the front wheels and he had new ones to me within days!

Dealing with Michael, and Lance, have been nothing but joy.
Michael seems to know what I am going to order before hand, it gets here so quick. ;D

I agree with all of this. And Michael is also always willing to help with advice regarding paints that will match his decals and other good tips.

Bought a huge load of decals from Michael a few years back and was pleased. In fact, I am already working on another order right now once I can stop myself from wanting it all!

I can't add anything of substance that hasn't already been said. Michael has filled every order, answered every question and has been encouraging as well.
If every businessman ran their company like Michael, there wouldn't be any need for bailouts.

I sent Michael an email and within hours his reply was something along the lines of, "You're right, good catch. I'll have them in your next order." Sure enough, there they were. And his advice on which paint to use has been very helpful. Especially for a guy that is slightly color blind.  |

I have to agree with everything said so far. Michael is the best! I have used is decals for a long time now and the quality is always first rate. I have had the opportunity to meet Michael on several occasions and he is even better to deal with in person. I check out is web page daily for building info and insperation.
