I love Ferrari's from this era! Mind blowing work, that rivet work took a lot of time I bet.

That is fantastic! The rivets look great.
Sometimes I think I should sell my entire stockpile of models and buy one of these. It should last me through retirement and then hopefully one of my grandkids would finish when I kick the bucket.

I agree with everyone that the rivets look great, but they also look out of scale for me. Your work is excellent. It is just my personal choice. Patrick

Great work!!! Chris Amon was one of my favorite drivers. I even named my son after him.

Hi, Thanks for all your comments Mates! Rivets will soon look better with the next paint steps. But I agree as there are not really at the perfect scale... I'm a big fan of Chris Amon and build almost all my Ferrari models of that era as Chris Amon cars. I've also started his 312 F1 1967(MFH) and 312P(Fisher Model&Pattern). Next step : Rosso Corsa ! Paint is from Zero Paint range, applied with an Iwata airbrush, HP-TH flat pattern: a real gun Here we are : Then, rims were painted gold and equipped with machined valve stems from RBM: Pascal

You are right Pascal. The rivets do look better with more paint. I stand corrected!

The rivets do, indeed, look great! Any idea of how many hours you put into them?

Pascal,
Any updates on the 312? Beautiful work so far.
I'd love to have a set of those rims in 1/12th scale!!
Cheers, Ian

Looks good. I also have this Hiro kit, but in 1/24th scale. Yes they made it in 2 scales. They might do it in 1/43rd also someday.
