Well I have looked around here for awhile and thought I would join and say hello. I go by the Stickman pretty much everywhere I go. I am into Racing in general but mostly Openwheel specifically IndyCar. I am very much into diecasts but haven't bought much of anything really in many years simply because of income. Well that and my cases are pretty full so getting anything new creates it's own problem. I have also been into slotcars and have made a few custom cars for that. I haven't made any custom diecasts although I have started a few. I do have a few possible donors for openwheel cars that I could make. My other problem is I suffer from Migraines on a daily basis so time to do something like a custom is limited. And anything I start can be interrupted by long bouts with migraines that can last days, weeks or months of bad spells. Well that is pretty much all I can think of at the moment. If anyone has any questions for me or wants to see some of my non custom diecasts just let me know.

Great to have you here. You've bought more than you can build. You have more projects started but not finished. You have donor cars everywhere. You can't get enough new stuff. You love open wheel racing! It seems to me that you'll fit right in here. I must add that you've also got some nice (and interesting) builds going on there.

LOL thanx guys. The slot cars won't be finished by me as I no longer race. But the diecast stuff will hopefully proceed. That and by selling off my slot car stuff I can afford more diecast. Not that I have any room for them. But I have some cheap Openwheel stuff in the display case that can be removed and put in the donor pile. Here is the top part of my tall case.
And the bottom part.
And my long antique general store case.

Back in the late 60s there was a company called Crown that made conversion kits for Corvairs. The kit was designed to adapt a small block Chevy V8 to fit just ahead of the rear axle. I got to drive one once.
Nice collection.
