Considering Helio's current state of unemployment it occurred to me that maybe he could be in the President's cabinet as secretary of transportation. He is qualified as he apparently didn't pay his taxes either!

No, Helio has a ride if all his legal troubles get settled favorably - no new news on his as far as I know.
