I just want to share with you guys the fantastic build that Frank Buczolich did of the Metal-Cal Spl.
He wanted me to post the pictures and say he used "Substituted a few pieces of aluminum for some of the brass, (less to paint), and added front brake lines. Windshield, suspension and push bar are pinned in place using bits of straight pins........ Indycal dzus fasteners added to the body panels. Same decals flipped over, (upside down), to mimic fasteners on the upholstery surrounding the cockpit. Instruments are decals with aluminum bezels, clear-coted for lenses."
