Here is the progress so far. I'm using the Auto World car so it matches closely with my '05-'11 Hot Wheels that I've been using. Thanks, Mike

If your working on a the 2014 winner, here's something to help with the wheels. Looking at Michael's photos, you notice the front wheel (and probably the rear) are black anodized. My daughter was doing a project for school tonight when I noticed the color from the Sharpie she was using... Hope you don't mind the use of the photo Mike. Tested on a flat black Auto World wheel. No clear or anything. The sheen is perfect straight from the marker.

Quick note. The wheel is colored with the Office Depot marker. The Sharpie is very similar but a bit darker. I will be using the Sharpie on mine.
Thanks, Mike

Excellent info to know. I was trying to get clear pics of these in Hinch's pits at Sonoma but the angle was tough. It appeared that they were random. I think I saw one set of fronts and rears, but mingled together.

I still am looking to do the rim in 3D but there is a delay in getting measurements, nothing that will shelf the project - just delay it. mb2501.proboards.com/thread/6256/14pt-bbs-rimsJordan

What I did for the Andretti rims on a shelved project was spray the rim with either Gunmetal or Metallic Black from Tamiya, then used an Anodized Purple spray from Autozone. The Purple is a transparent color that when placed over the darker metallic, looked pretty close.

Amazing job! I have one of the Will Power cars, but never got around to doing anything with it. Turned out great. If anyone needs a donor, I know where you can buy one
