Gilmore Oil's traditional colors seem to have been ivory and reddish orange. I have seen Gilmore pumps painted yellow and red, as well as ivory and red. Does anyone know if this car was ivory or yellow? Also, was only the left side hood panel removed, as Pete DePaolo said in his autobiography, or were both side pieces removed prior to the race, as the Aurora model depicts? Thanks

Hey Smokey!!
According to the Jack C. Fox book, and Bob Clidinst, all of the Gilmore Cars were painted Cream and Red, even the 1935 and 52 winners. Best to you!
