I managed to score an original kit on E Bay and I have Norm's replacement Offy to go in it. Now I need to know what color the main stripe down the center of the car is. It always appeared as rather red-orange to me. Thanks experts.

The red is red. No orange to it.

Check out the guy in the back of the picture, he is one of the volunteers and if you ever go to the speedway museum these guys are fun to talk to. Paul is especially fun. He is 91 years old and has a new CORVETTE! Still chases women! Lots of stories are told some true, others not so much.
