Helio will not drive for Penske this year and Will Power will be in the #3 car.
I talked to Helio on Saturday and he was his usual upbeat self. Not a clue that this was happening. This is a blow to the IRL as their most well known driver is out fighting his tax charges.
I am on Helios side, I hate taxes too and we are only going to get hit with more under the next admistration. As Gary Puckett Sang in the 60's hit Lady Will Power...."Will Power it's now or never"
