Williams first GP victory came in the 1979 British GP.


Michals decals were great. They look great was thin and easy to work with.

I'm not very interested in the Williams Team. Their liveries has mostly been uninspiring to me. Often they had lot of blue and that ain't one of my favourite colours. I only built this because it reminds me of the Lotus 79 which is a favourite of mine.


Belt was made from blue satin ribbon. It look much better than the paper belts in the Tamiya seat belt set but the buckles is useful.

Looks great. I like seeing Regga's car built. I sell far more Jones decals, yet it was Clay - as you noted - who brought Williams their first victory.
