If anyone has Lance's McLaren M16A kit and would like to sell it or trade it I would be intersted. That includes some Tamiya 1/12th scale F1 kits.

How about this. I'll trade a mint 1/20th scale MPC Paxton Turbine kit still in the bag. Also still has the display stand. I will also include a set of Replica and Miniatues tires and the Indycals sheet.

I didn't know Replica and Miniatures make 1/20 turbine tires. That said, I will have some of my own design at the Memorabilia show at IMS on Jan 17/18. Good luck Paul, if I had one I would have jumped on the Turbine offer  |

Thought I would bump this up and offer some new items. I figure that Lance sold at least two dozen of these kits and outside of Lance’s builds, I’ve never seen a completed model on this forum. Someone out there must have this kit on his/her shelf and very low on their priority list. How about a 1/12th scale Eagle F1 “kit”? It includes the Tamiya Honda and Matra kits, Stu Benford's monograph on building the car and my collection of photos on CD that include photos of the Weslake engine out of the car taken for my by AAR at the time of it’s last rebuild. Want something for the road? Maybe a 1/8th scale Pocher Ferrari Testarossa or a Mercedes 540K? We can also talk cash, check or money order. I’m convinced someone out there really wants their M16A to go to a good home. I promise to build it and in fact kick it up a bit with some of Michael’s excellent Offy engine parts. If all else fails, I would then entertain a Bill Jorganson M-16B kit that I could backdate to a 16A. Paul Erlendson |

WooHoo! M16A arrived in my mailbox today! Thanks again to Duane!
I'll be starting a WIP/discussion on this car shortly. Fair warning. As Stu can testify to, I am not a particulary fast builder.
