Do the wheels move? If so, would you be willing to sell this one or make me one. My 7 yr. old son loves Sebastian Saavedra and his car and I would like to get this for him for his birthday. Is this 1/64 scale?

Terry is the man for a 1/64. a custom 1/18 would run you several hundred. Don't know your means but that's a whole lot for a 7 year old's toy.
