An interesting thread on F1M.com has pointed out an error with every 1976/77 McLaren M23 kit ever produced. www.f1m.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=19677
They all have decals that include black pinstriping.
The pinstriping was actually gold. I was able to conclusively verify this from my collection of images (which I don't have rights to, and thus can't post, but trust me, the evidence is overwhelming).
So I have created a set of gold pinstripes to overlay the Tamiya kit decals for the 1/20 scale kit. They also have a white separator to go between the gold and the dayglo incase of uneven masking on the dayglo.
