The large side boards were tested at Ontario, They provide no advantage so they were discarded and never used again

Uncle Bobby better be glad there were no strong cross winds that day. Nice catch on the rear wing shape - I missed that the first time when I just concentrated on the vertical fences.

That pic really shows why that shape of wing was called "banana wing"! ;D
That thing hangs so far back, I can't believe it would have been legal. And Jordan's right that even a small gust of sidewind would probably shove that thing sideways before Bobby knew what was happening...
But it sure would be an eye-catching conversion.
