After an unavoidable absence, I'm finally back. Here is my 1/43 baby F-1 Ferrari. It is my first 1/43 scale build. I couldn't decide what to build next, and I've had this Heller Ferrari for years. I was always pulling it out of my stash checking it out. The last time, I noticed how tiny the tires and Goodyear Eagle decals are. I decided I better attempt it before my eye sight gets any worse. I have to tell you, I am very pleased with the wheels and tires. I was scared to death to attempt the decals. I'm happy with it, it looks nice on the shelf. I haven't cleared the body yet as I am out of Future. When I get her cleared, I will post a couple more finished shots. Attachments:

Very nice - I have a couple of these in the ol' stash. Even got Michael to do his Lotus Camel decals in 1/43 for one.

I did one of these once and added some sinker weights to give the kit some heft like a metal 1/43. Great job on a turbo F1/87!

Thank you guys so much! Since these shots were taken, I've since cleaned the car, wheels and tires up. As soon as I can find some Future, I will clear it and post fresh photos. Thanks again!
