What is the correct color of red for Luyendyk's 1989 Indy winner? Is it the Penske day-glo or is it the red on the M@r1b0r0 boxes or none of the above? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Jim

Emmo's 1989 winner is day-glo red just like all the Penske Indy winners of '91, '93, '94, '01, '02, '03, '06, & '09. Tamiya makes a nice day-glo red in their TS line of spray can paints (TS-36) but it has some variability in final shade. Seen a guy use PS-20 with good results on Senna McLaren builds. Of course, MCW is great if you have an airbrush.
I think you mixed up names but to be clear, Arie's 1990 winner is not day-glo.

Every M@r1b0r0 car from 1976 onward, be it in F1 or Indycar, was dayglo red.

Day-glo it is. Sorry about my mix-up and reference to Luyendyk. Thanks for your help. Jim
