I finally got around to registering tonight. I have visited the forums a few times and been very impressed by the willingness to share info and the high quality of the work. I am one of the old codgers (55) that spent about 30 years away from the hobby and came back a few years ago. My open wheel racing interests are mostly indy cars from the beginning years up to the CART/IRL split 
years. Also to a lesser degree F1 cars from roughly the same era. I hope to get started on the March 86C Indy winner that Al Sr. drove in 87 soon. I don't spend a lot of time on forums these days due mainly to hectic schedules and the curves that life throws our way. So no offense intended if my participation is not very high right now.
