Hi all, came across your forum by accident searching for pics of 1930's indy cars to use as inspiration for my next soapbox to, hopefully, enter the Red Bull Soapbox Derby. I will spend a happy few hours exploring your site. Used to do a lot of model making when I was younger, some professionally still do a bit now and again. I should have included this pic to give a sense of scale. BTW I'm 6 feet 9 inches tall! The flathead V8 is all wood including the Stromberg 97 carbs and the drive belts to the supercharger. Attachments:
