Hi, Maybe we can start a new thread of the unusual models in our collections. Pick out some models you have that you think are not well known and of interesting and unusual Indy cars and post them. Here's a few of mine. They are 1/43 built ups from Wyn Edwards in England. These are from about 10 or more years ago. He had a series of Indy cars, but I think he has retired now. Does anyone out there know him or if he is still producing kits? What other models did he produce? Looking forward to seeing what the group has stuffed away in their model rooms!!! Sandy This is his model of Herk's Mallard- Here's his Sumar and Belond streamliners. Hey, wouldn't these be great in 1/25!

Nothing really unusual here as far as Indy cars go.
I do have the Tamiya M23 in 1/20 which is kinda rare and expensive. Some more difficult to find 1/48 aircraft.
Probably the most unusual or rare Indy item are several signed 8x10 of some of the earliest Indy heros like: Mauri Rose, Peter DePalo, Louis Meyer, Kelly Petillo, Bob Sweikert, Eddie Rickenbacker, Bill Holland, Emil Anders, etc. My brother-in-laws grandfather was a photographer in the 30's -50's at places like Ascot Park, as well as many years during that time at Indy. He left them to him and he gave them to me!

Hey, those autographs are cool stuff! I wish I'd gotten some along the way. Maybe one day. The M23 is a rare kit and a great F1 car. Good stuff there Dave.
