Another great looking build. Do you do these bases yourself?

Any tips on cutting and mounting the windshield on a 1/43 ? Its one of the most frustrating aspects of building 1/43 cars. I use curved scissors I think they are used as a surgery instrument. I also use a Dremel with the emery file bit. Just take your time and constantly do a test fit. As far attaching the the transparency I use microscale Krystal clear. One more thing I also dip the windscreen in Future floor wax after its trimmed and cleaned up prior to attaching.

I agree with Jordan, that is a great build! Revson is a guy I admire, so that makes it all the more interesting to me.

Revson was just hitting his stride when he was killed, I think he had a lot of wins to come. I got to see & hear one of these at the Glen during a vintage weekend (& a lot of other great cars), the F-1 cars of that era were so cool! Awesome build! 1/43 is getting to be a little hard for me to see, but I have a few I hope to complete someday, maybe with a magnifier!

As a huge Revson fan I'd love to see someone kit this in a scale I could work on. Like some others, my vision isn't what it used to be.

John Model Factory Hiro makes a beautiful (and expensive) Yardley McLaren M19C kit which has decals to do Revson or Hulme versions in 1/20 scale.

That MFH kit is sooo nice, but it would take almost my entire modeling budget (if I had one) for the year to buy it.
