Anyone ever try to correct the turbo arrangement on one of the mid-70s AMT Mclaren kits? I've got Bill J's exhaust, and I've been pondering this for a couple nights now and I can't quite figure out how I want to approach this and get everything to fit back there.

I used that kit for the Gatorade car and it was a nightmare. In most pictures the exhaust exits on the left side but the kit has it going out the right side of the turbocharger. I drilled out the fat round piece at the end of the turbo (I'm not good at knowing what the parts are called) and crazy glued the tail pipe to it. I also painted it flat black.

I have an IPMS article that tells you how to do that exhaust correctly....easier than you'd think!
Best to you
