So I'm kinda new to building Indy Cars other than what the box gives ya...I know each kit can build more than just 1 car and the 2 Tamiya kits as well. I really prefer the Monogram over the AMT cars. I know the sticky for available kits is outdated..could I get some help? and the newer kits too like Reynards.
Thanks, Fisi

I'm curious as to why you prefer the Monogram over the AMT kits? There is virtually nothing that is correct about the Monogram kits.

I really prefer the Monogram over the AMT cars. No offense but you don't want to prefer late 80's Monogram's over late 80's AMT's Monograms are about is far away accurate you could get for a late 80's indycar. Besides with AMT's you have GREAT selection of other decals from Indycals to build different cars.

I just prefer Monogram for how they build up...I've had so many problems with the AMT ones. I don't dislike them of course. Kinda had the feeling I'd get pummeled for saying that lol :-D
Are Monogram 1/24 and AMT 1/25?
I don't build my cars for 100% complete accuracy like some people do, I try to get "my own accuracy" lol

Monograms are 1/24 and AMT's are 1/25
Majority of Indycar models - resin and plastic are 1/25
