1/20 Seat Belts for Tamiya Indycars ???

I saw on ebay that there are seatblt kits for 1/20 F1 cars for varous cars and decades. I was wondering if they can be used for the Tamiya 1/20 Lola Indycars ? If not, can you recommend somethi nlease/
