I don't want to hijack Calvins thread, but I thought I might as well post my WIT Racing March here. So, now the Indycals are on my 1/43rd scale Ampersand March. My first time using Indycals, and they went on just great. Michael very kindly redrew the decals to fit the Ampersand body, and they are almost spot on. Now I'll just have to put the thing together, and the first pink car in my collection is a reality! Bo

Yeah I know but I'm doing the qualifying car from out of the yearbook (plus that's what the decals are for)......he DNF'ed so early in the race that finding pics from race day is almost impossible - the only pics I know of are the ones are from the link above....

Yeah I guess we all pick different things to get OCD about. I'm pretty diehard that an Indycar replica should reflect the Indy raceday appearance, so that one would bother me. If I still had ICR2 around on a computer, I'd illustrate how raceday-accurate my 2000 car set is... www.icr2.net/archive/index.php?act=view&id=146

Yep, we all build a little differently, don't we? Of course, back then Indy Qualifications were like another race in the season! Jordan

Those extra decals were added to my sheet almost a year ago.

Nice work by you, too, Bo. I like them both! With MacSparty's 1/64 then we are covering a lot of scales for this car in one thread. Has someone done this in 1/18 yet??? I can't rely on my memory all the time LOL

And another one finished. Man, you're on fire! Said it before, but the color is sweet.

Always cool to see how a quasi"spec" car can be built up over and over again but never quite the same as the others!!!

Really nice work on all of them. Now change the oil and get back to work. A "machine" needs to be pampered once in a while too.
