Wow, great work on this. The carbon fiber detailing is excellent and adds a lot of realism to it.

It is a great looking build, Michael. Even before I saw the thread title, I though it looked like Mario's last winner - man that was a rough day to be a Penske fan! LOL
Who's C/F do you use?

Mario's last winning car is an important part of history and you have done a wonderful job of preserving that legacy.

I don't even know what to say, it's just 100% flawless. Beautiful car, and ALSO one of the few Short Oval or Road Course winged cars I'll excuse you for building.

Stunning. The '93 Phoenix race was such a good race (except for Penske). A fine example of Mario's last win!

The Carbon Fiber is by Scale Motorsports. It was my first time using it and I was real happy with it. It was their Hi-Def Carbon Fiber 1/20 scale sheet.

Hi Michael, I just bought 2 of these kits. I didn't even open them yet and came across this thread. Awesome Car !!! Great Job !!!. Can to tell me me where you got all of those great looking interior detail parts please ? Is the carbon fiber just a basic sheet of carbon fiber of 1/20 scale ? Do I just cut and apply onto the parts before building.. Please let me know. Thank you, Robby

Good point, Paul. Yes, and always nice to see a Mario car particularly the last win.

Michael, I'm really glad that Paul posted on your build so it's back on the front page. That lets newbies like me have an opportunity to see older work that is simply amazing.
Perfect build, outstanding, painting, & your decals and decaling is simply 100%.
