Okay! I am really loving garage sales now. Thanks to my significant other I found another diamond! First I found the huge Mario Andretti canvas print and now this! It's a 1/8th scale Pocher Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Muletto! I plan to restore it into Nuvolari's 1932 Monaco GP win. It's missing a few parts like the engine side covers and drivers wind screen but other than that the rest seems to be there. I would tell you how much I paid for it but that would really be rubbing it in. ;D Stu [img src="http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu127/sbenford/DSC00880_zps68aa1a85.jpg" img] [img src="http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu127/sbenford/DSC00881_zpse18211c8.jpg" img]

What a fantastic find!! I think that might be my favorite Pocher kit. Always wanted one. I remember when I was much younger seeing Pocher kits available at (I'm cloudy here, but I think I'm right) K-Mart. Way too much money at around 60 bucks IIRC. Enjoy! You've got a gem there. MJ

Great find Stu!
Be glad you didn't have to assemble those wire wheels and then get the tires on! If anyone wants a reasonable deal on a Mercedes 540K partially built let me know.

Okay. I only paid $40 for it. I have always wanted one of these but EBAY prices for unbuilt kits are $700 - $800!!! Crazy!!! Nothing like this has ever happened to me so I feel very fortunate and I am loving garage sales now. All I have to do is find time to figure out how the thing comes apart so I can repaint it! LOL Stu

Stu, check the Pocher website, they did have PDF manuals that should show the assembly most of it screws together so dis-assembly should go smooth. I remember my Dad did a Bugatti and said it used 1 drop of glue for the emblem,, check it.. Chris
