So what are the chances Paul Tracy is going to have a full time ride next year in Daytona Prototypes?

I'd like to see it, Road & Track did a great article 'What in the hell ever happened to Paul Tracy'. Good read, especially as he re-counts his first race at long beach in '91, and Penske approaching him after the race.

Tracy always was, and still is, his own worst enemy. Only a true fool would screw up a Penske deal, and he did it twice.
