Hello everyone. The forum has been a little slow lately and I just finished my version of Jorgensen's 1956 John Zink Spl. It was the first Watson to win Indy and the second win in a row for Zink. Also the 1955 and 1956 were both Pink and white although most will say that they were a salmon color. Anyhow here are a few shots just to keep up inyerest. wrencher.[s s][s s][s s][s s][s s]

I mixed the salmon color myself. I don't remember what the mix was. It was left over from the 1955 car. I used the suspension parts from an AMT kit. The wheels were from BILL. The decals are Indycals. I cut the exhaust pipe off and used a brass tube for the extension. The windshield was bthe difficult part. I destroyed 2 of them trying to cut them down to fit. The one on the car is just some clear sheet. Hope this helps. H.W.
