At the IPMS Nationals last month I bought the UMM Scribing Tool, #SCR-01. Everyone has their favorites and this is the best I have ever used. Its an odd looking double ended thing that scribes, carves, deburr's, scrapes and pierces. It will probably make great french fries also.
I just used it to clean up the panel lines on the Jorgenson Paxton Turbine kit and it did a wonderful job. You can check it out at
