  I found some very rare F1 models on e-bay. The models themselves are not let’s say that RARE, it’s who built them. Premier Products had an agreement with Merit to produce some of Merit’s racing cars. The models used the same molds as Merit and the kit pieces are identical. They were packaged in different boxes than that of Merit. The last time I saw any of these kits were back in the early sixties in a Model King. Enjoy! |

I have many Merit models and one unbuild Premier Vanwall.
The Merit Alfa Romeo and Talbot Lago kits were reisseud by NOVO of Slowakia and still for sale in model shops in the Netherlands a few years ago..
Now they seem to be discontinued..

Collecting Hong Kong toys sometimes yield some interesting box art, but nothing beats a purple Connaught!
