Excellent rendition. I think the car as first restored it had white wheels. Your exhaust is very good, too. Did you add the engine? I used a 240Z block with modified heads and used an AMT Watson chassis which slid right in. Patrick PS- When I did this car it was before any decals had ever been made and only twp photos from the Jonathan Thompson book on Ferrari F1 Cars (a bible to be sure for Ferrari F1s).

This is a great model. You did a nice job with the research. It is fun to do some interesting cars that did not make the race. Jim

Good work. The Kurtis kits are fun, and all of them are different in many details. Take Care Craig

Jerry: OUTSTANDING! You did a great job on the nose. and the paint is fantastic. Many have forgotten that this car made a big splash when it got here. It was supposed to show how great an engine Ferrari made. I wonder how Bardhal got involved? Kind regards, Tim

I believe it was in the connection with Bardhal Europe to connect the two worlds...F1/Indy, Europe/ US.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It was a fun build, and these Monogram kits build up without much fuss! Tim Jones' resin kits are outstanding for these cars and I plan on using them again!
Patrick, to be honest I didn't put an engine in! But after seeing yours I could only hope mine turned out a tenth as nice as yours, that there is a winner!!!

Remember that the Ferrari engine was an inline 6 and not very wide between the cam covers. The decals look great, as expected.

It looks like hammered horsehockey. My first conversion attempt though. Everything else I've always built buy the kit plans.
