2012 Indy 500 Pace Car

Did I miss it or have they not announced this years Pace Car and driver?
I haven't been able to find anything on it yet..
however... as I was on my way home from work today, driving past IMS' Main Gate, there was a new Camaro coming the opposite way about to turn in.
It was white with blue stripes down the hood and had Pace Car graphics on the door, but as we passed by each other I didn't get to read any of the small print graphics...

A couple of weeks ago, it was announced that the pace car would either be a Camaro or Corvette. The Camaros you are seeing are just "official cars" prepared in anticipation of the event. Maybe they can't get engines...

Ah, ok...yeah I didn't get a good look at the decals just that it had a design or crest on the door. It's a beautiful warm day here in Indy so they had the top down... <sigh> jealousy...
