MA Models Penske Unser

I just tried applying some decals on an MA Models 1/43 1981 Bobby Unser Penske....they literally fell apart when they hit they water...I had even applied Decal Film...this is the second time this has happened with one of his kits.
If anyone can provide a scan of the decals I intend to make my own on the ALPS.
Can anyone help?

I already have his set for this car...problem is he does include the white side panels or the yellow stripes.
