Well, I was perusing EvilBay and came across a Hong Kong toy that was affordable and looked just like a Cox 1/24 Ferrari 158 F1 slot car friction toy. As if I needed another one, but I went ahead and bought it. OK sez I maybe I can make a 1965 car. It arrived the other day and it was in a larger than I expected box. Opening it up I realized the 158 was really a scaled up Cox body to 1/12 scale! :oOMG! I now have my favorite F1 car in a scale that I will need soon because I sometimes build by braille. Now I have to collect parts to make my greatest scratch-bash ever! I'm going to "out-Chris Hale" Chris Hale! Patrick

Patrick, When I built my 1/12th Bandai Lotus 33 I hated the out of proportion tires so i bought a set of 1/12th scale ABC Ferrari 158 wheels & tires. I of course used the tires and rims on the Lotus but had no need for the resin wheel inserts. If you want the wheel inserts you can have them. You will just have to provide your own wheels and tires. Below is a picture of the ABC wheels, tires and inserts. Stu PS - I am flying out to South Carolina in about an hour and will be gone until next week. PM me if you want them and I will send them when I get back. [img src="http://i640.photobucket.com/albums/uu127/sbenford/MVC-026S.jpg" img]
