Michel Vignères Imgur is pretty easy I think. Maybe just for me though since I use my phone and have the app. It is sort of hard to explain and can be confusing but once you have it down you won’t think anything of it.

and when you copy and paste the link on the BBCode page, do the photo display on the forum ? that 's the problem I have but it will be cured, for sure. JOOMEO is easy to use and to drop images here, create albums, and it create the public links for the web and for forum pages, but inside proboards there must be a setting that allow me to display the photos directly, and not the link

and when you copy and paste the link on the BBCode page, do the photo display on the foruM ? Yes. I upload my photos to Imgur. And then I go to my Imgur account on the PC. I click on my images section. And then there is a tab to “generate image links”. select whichever photos you’d like and generate the links. You then choose the bbcode for message boards and forums. Whenever I paste it into my threads they appear.

If I am looking at this right, based off when I pull my links from Imgur where your site has the those should be img instead of url. Still inside the brackets and keeping the forward slash at the end. I'll attach an image and then show you what I mean.

So, you undoubtedly see the photo of my Charger. I will show you how my bbcode looks compared to the one your image hosting site gave you. This is why I prefer imgur as my image hosting site. You generate the links and it gives you exactly what you need. Not sure what the other site that you're using is doing because I am no computer whiz. However this photo shows what the bbcode looks like on imgur. I simply copy this and paste it. Pasted into the message as you can see here. Just as it appears on the imgur website. Nothing to change, no spaces to delete or brackets to add. I find imgur to be quite user friendly in this aspect. And voila, the images appear instead of the words.

That’s a good example that Kyle just showed. I use Imgur as well after using Photobucket before. The trouble I was having was when I copied the link address and then pasted it I was getting a space between the first bracket and the start of the http address link. So I always have to go back and back it up to remove the space and then create my last bracket. I am using an IPad most of the time.
[img/]youraddresslink[img/] No spaces, hope this helps.

There is under notifications your profile Where I can safely download Imgur without adverts ,and redirections to other softwares Imgur is a website, theres no downloading needed. There no way to avoid advertisements, thats why its free. You have to just ignore the ads. I have tried putting before my image URL, and [/img] immediatly after with no spaces, but it doesn't work.It is the image URL I got with Joomeo [/quote] I dont know anything about Joomeo but I can tell you already it will be the URL code under the label BBCode for forums: The same principle as the HTML code but adapted to forums. it needs to be the right type of URL Thank you for actually trying to learn how to post pictures. We are always willing to help.

You are helpful and dedicated, that's the least I can do than putting a BIG THANKS to Calvin, and Kyle. Calvin, profit to say I have seen much of your work, on the 1963-1978 forum, the only one where I have time to look at. Because cigar shaped monopostos of that are the ones i am interested in.
Now, learning about websites dedicated to photos storage, I understand why this website can't allow to upload images directly. It saves bandwith and allow the pages to be displayed quicker. Until now, I registered to forum where the direct upload was possible.

I'm super passionate about this group and this forum thrives off of pictures, obviously. I know it's not the most ideal circumstances to go through the hassle to post pictures using a hosting service, unless someone wants to pay the storage fee for posting pictures on this forum the easy way.

Here is the way of posting pictures on Imgur.... Using Google Chrome browser on a PC/Windows (Not a Mac/Macintosh/Apple) If you've never posted pictures just attempt it. If you do it, NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU BAD TIME if you did it wrong. It gives us a clue what your doing wrong. What we don't like is people that don't try 😡
