1984 march waiting list...

ill be starting a 1984 march waiting list for those that missed out on the ebay auction. if i get enough interest i might remold sooner than later. the alternative is calvins $95 complete kit-which is fine but my experience has taught me there are alot more $30 customers (the price for my 84 conv body) than there are $95 customers..so....let me know via PM...with todays economy, its important for cottage industry proders to keep in mind that the customers budgets dont always allow for a $100 kit...

Bill, I just want to say thanks for the tough competition.
Competition in business is actually a good thing, it makes both sides work harder and be more creative, which in turn makes happier customers. Since you came out with your 84 March body, I've had to step up my game, and it made me get my act together, I really learned a lot in a very short amount of time, which just made me stronger as a person and hopefully as a resin builder.

I dont always agree with some of the comments you make but, hey, thats part of the game. I feel I have the best body that I have ever done to date.

thanks cal....likewise. i had an 83 march that was almost done done a few months back..but hey-thats life!...ive endured alot of b s and learned alot) in dealing w indy modelers in 20 years....and im sure ill be in for more of the same the next 20 ..:-)

ps..i made this 84 without any knowledge that calvin was actually working on one...while he mentioned after the 83 that he would do one, he mentioned several potential projects at the time. i think his strategy to 'keep it under wraps' has led to this current situation. i had a customer send me one of calvins 83 reject s a few months back and thought to myself 'why not?"...
