Holy cow! I would LOVE to have a model of this car (my MPC was lost sometime in the '70s) but, man, this is more than my rent. And I live in the Bay Area! OK, I have pretty cheap rent for the Bay Area, but still...

I saw this too and love it, but I just cannot stomach the price. Actually, I couldn't even if it was half the price.

Still, it is a very nice model and one I would like to have...

Just and FYI, I have had one in a box since the 1970's, it is unbuilt and complete minus one tire. The box is not in great shape, but I have taken personal care of this model since I had it. I am working on building it again, unless I sell it to someone who would be interested in it. I have everything in the original plastic bags, and instructions, however as I said, I am missing one of the wheels. If you are interested let me know.
