Hey guys sorry I never got around to posting some more WIP pics or the finished product. I was surfing around looking for some ref photos of a new build & got directed here. Forgot I was even a member. Lost a lot of stuff when I had a crash last year. Here's some finished pics:

Awesome build! I'm curious, what did you use for the front tires? They are far more appropriate than the kit tires for a current build.

Hope to finish my own big sprint car project soon. Art, both the Parts Box in Australia and Big Donkey Resins sell really nice modern sprint car tires. I prefer the ones from Big Donkey, but Parts Box has lots of other really great sprint car stuff. MJ

Thanks, Mark. I had seen the Parts Box stuff, but those looked different than the fronts they offer. Good to know Big Donkey does them too.

Gary D, I love your avatar. I saw my first super mods last fall at Sandusky Speedway and they are awesome from an engineering and race action standpoint. I'd recommend that any time anybody has a chance to go see them run, GO!
I love this dirt sprinter too, I hope we see more from you. Welcome back indeed.

Great build. The Monogram kits, with mods, build into some nice models.
