Greetings from North California-Sacramento to be more specific. A couple of days ago I discovered this group and am really enthused. Part of my story is typical. I built a lot of kits in my youth but other things (like real cars and chicks) got in the way. Built a few while off at the big school as therapy. Then I collected a bunch with the idea of building when I have more time. That never quite happened as the big cars-a 64 Ferrari and 2 Morgans-took what time was available. Now I've retired early and have time and am looking forward to building. I've started by thinning out some duplicates and things I probably wouldn't build. I do like cars with fenders as well but vintage open wheel is the main event. When I get the picture posting figured out, I'll post some of a friends F5000 Lola T332 ex-Andretti that I've had the opportunity to work on. This is the #5 Viceroy car from 74 and 75. It is a piece of automotive jewelry and still runs as hard as it did back then. TJW

Nice to have someone from my neck of the woods...SF Bay Area-Oakland. The 332 is a neglected classic in modeling circles except for one...Dan Parke's work. Check out the Viceroy T332 in Misc Open Wheelers section! Oh, what type of Ferrari was it? Welcome here!

Greetings... Looks like a good job of scratch building. A set of engineering drawings of the T332 was presented in SAE several years ago. A must for anyone building one. The Ferrari is a 64 330GT known as the big yellow taxi. TJ
