I'll check some references when I get home later, colors remind me of the Willard Battery logo. BTW, you've got the wrong year on your post, '55 wasn't a good one for Vukie!

It says 'Bear Safety Service' basically, its that bear in the logo, but in a circle, with the text in a circle around it. Pic below is from the #14 1954 car hope that helped

After some poking around, it's also found on several of Michael's other sheets from the era.

there was the 'bear alignment' building on the outskirts of gasoline alley at IMS for years..wayne leary said that in Bears later years, you could always tell which cars were not going to make the race: they could be seen at the bear alignment shed getting 'serviced'...

I've updated my 54 Fuel Injection sheet to include those decals. That's one of my oldest sheets and probably did not have good reference material at the time.
