Does anyone know where to get extras or have any advice on how or what to use to make them?

You can find them in the AMT Pennzoil kit of Rick Mears winner. I have made molds for resin parts using kits from Hobby Lobby. I have an opened but unbuilt kit that I will sell if you are interested.
