Thank you folks for the kind words and support through this long winded build. Doing a detailed 1/43 modified sure showed me it's not as simple as one might think. I've really enjoyed doing this one as it's been a great challenge.
This car is Finished.. I got the headers painted and installed...Decals made and applied...windshield in and all the nerf bars on. Here's a few finished pics of the 36 ford Asphalt modified....

Thanks folks. Now I think I'm going to finish the 1/18th scale Super Modified I started a few yrs back. Didn't finish it do to lack of body Paint. Found the same paint this yr and I'm going to finish that puppy.

Hey ART....Thank you. It's pretty easy to miss this little guy(the build.. ;D) I need to get some pics up on that 18th scale Super I've got half finished. It's been a LONG winded build too...

Very cool! I don't think I could even work on a 1/43rd any more. The eyes and hands ain't what they once was. Best of luck. MJ Thanks MJ... I can relate to the eyes and fingers thing!! I definitely wear binocular magnifiers on this build.
