Really bad vibes coming from Indycar....Baltimore might be a no go for next year and reports from the new car tests at Indy were horrible. Cars testing could barely get to 216, weight and balance issues in the rear end really affect car set up. New cars always have gremlins but I was hoping for more in these early days. 
At least the engine deals offer some hope. Sounds like most teams are happy with their choices. Lotus(Judd) might be behind both Honda and Chevy though.
