I guess the Austin race served it's purpose... it got Bernie a race in New York. Now it's just so much surplus. en.espnf1.com/f1/motorsport/story/64579.htmlOf course, it appears the organizers in Austin are doing all they can to help him.

If you do business with Bernie, you deserve whatever you get. It's like the old joke "you knew I was a snake when you picked me up". Take Care Craig

As much as I dislike Bernie... I don't think this is his doing.

As much as I dislike Bernie... I don't think this is his doing. I agree, Mike. How the Texas bunch thought that building that track for 1 race a year with all the uncertainies that dealing with Bernie brings was a good deal is way beyond me. That being said, when a positive statement from Bernie might have saved the day for Texas. he elected to throw them under the bus. I saw on Windtunnel that the New Jersey race is looking for 90,000 tickets sold. Unless those tickets sell for a ton I wonder how they are going to make it. I think the Indy races drew more fans than that and they could not make money after paying Bernie off. Take Care Craig
