I've been working on my Photography skills, I've improved but I still have long way to go. But I decided to take some new pics of my older builds. This is the car used before the Chaparral 2k in Phoenix and Atlanta in 1979. The car was also used in the fall Trenton 150. This Lola made a great superspeedway car (which was clearly proven in 1978) But it wasn't that great on the short tracks. I used tamiya yellow I used a combination of own home made decals, Indycals, Fred Cady. Penske PC6 donor parts. Home made decals. (ink jet) The tricky thing about this car is it had all sorts of different style of Pennzoil logos.

Great builds of both the Chaparral/Lola and the Coyote. With a Roadrunner and a Coyote there has to be humour in there somewhere

Speaking of strange materials...do you remember Garage 97..the 1964 Novi they did called for a used plastic jelly package for the cockpit. You know the kind you get with your Sunday morning breakfast at Denny's Shootout Diner....that made me laugh.
