The second F1 kit i had built, of one of my all time favorite schemes ever (used it a lot in one of the EA F1 games). IIRC this uses model master yellow, color place flat black and model master titanium. the clear was a spray i had been using, but it ruined the finish on this one, and soon after i switched to future.. so i will absolutely be building another one of these - especially with what ive learned since.

I've always liked this kit. I purchased it years ago and it is still in the box. Your build just might do the trick of getting it out and putting it together. I too think this is a great color scheme. Was there any tricks or problems with the fit?

Looks great - I want one of these on my shelf!! I heard the plastic reacted funny to some paints and the tires were junk. That said, I would never know it looking at your great build Phil!

Nice work of a very cool car. Great colours the Jordan team ran, shame they are no longer out there....

no issues with the fit- that i can remember.. i do remember the plastic being much different from what im used to (not sure how to explain it but it just didnt "feel" right)
the tires are a really weird animal - glossy, tacky, and no real definition... the decals barely stuck - the dull coat barely had any affect on them but if i could do it over i think id hit the entire wheel with dull instead of just the sidewalls..
the kit itself is awesome when finished- and i plan to get another to build up with all the things i learned from this one.
