I am so glad to have found this site! I love 1/25 scale indycars. I am also an avid street rodder. I have a 1931 Ford roadster pickup, a 1934 3 window coupe and two 1948 Mrrcury club coupes. I have been into building 1/32 scale aircraft for years, but only recently have found the Indycars. I found this site from the indycals page and I know about Lance sellers and Bill Jorgensen. I recently found out about the Etzel kits, but I haven't been able to find even one for sale. I would really like to obtain some!!! I just turned 71 and am trying to build all eras of indy cars. I have a few kits finished, but I am trying to get more kits to build. Good to be here. Regards to all, Howard Weaver.

Hello Howard!
Good to have you here with us. The site is fairly new I believe, and most of us are still becoming accustomed to one another! I know your frustration with the Etzel kits. That guy evidently was producing some really top-of-the-line stuff in his day. He abruptly stopped casting apparently, and his kits are now far and few between. I recently bought one of his Kuzma Offy kits (started) off ebay and had to give close to a hundred fifty for it! Ouch...If you are familiar with Sellers and Jorgensen then you know they have plenty of first class stuff to keep your wallet empty! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
