wonder why the paycar in the ims display that you built was from my kit. seems you would want the best version for the thousands of visitors to see every year. perhaps you might consider switching it out?

somethings not adding up here. since you stated that you had garys kit and my body, im confused as to why you didnt just use garys body if it was so much 'better' (as you stated above)? too bad gary sold off all his masters and rights to his work to randy frost 10 years ago. looks like if someone wants to build a 37 winner, they will have to come to me . the implication of you choosing to use my body over garys is that you felt it was better.going to bed after i feed my 'kittens'..

well steve i know plenty of members that arent tired of this and would expect me to question this post. here we have a guy that tells me for years how awful garys work is. to support his feelings about garys work, he builds a model for the ims display which is going to be seen by thousands of visitors year using my body with garys parts. then gary reappears after 14 years. im not going to assess a motive to any of this, as that would be pure speculation. id like to only bring these facts to the attention of the other members. gary sold his rights and masters years ago to randy frost for a decent sum of money. unfortunately, if garys work 'is the best' as had been posted here, it will never again be seen as randy frost has no intention of releasing any of the 'front scale motors' work of gary doucette.

Gary's kit had two master figure Fred Lombardo figures of Wlibur Shaw and "Jigger" Johnson. Gary kit the best 37 today.

The first kept Gary's kit are Fred Lombardo figures and the work he put into. It was a complete kit. The "PayCar" in the display is Bill as not a complete kit all. It was the body and that was it. Not the reason Bill "PayCar" in the display I consider kit Bill at all. The decals came from Gary, as the exhaust, suspension, tires and wheels and to scratch built the dash and grill I fell that was more "mine" creation that Bill's. When I did the review, Bill had "kittens" but Gary kit a better review and I rob parts from Gary to finish Bill's. Mike Quartermann edited original request as Bill requested...The review was on Gary kit alone, problems between Mike and myself. If you edited my work, and least you and do tell can me.
